Variety of agave used: Agave espadín from Oaxaca, 5 to 7 years old.

Organoleptic characteristics: An alcoholic drink with 40% alcohol by volume. Amber in color, with an oily texture and a woody aroma due to aging in white oak barrels, with notes of vanilla and the essence of chocolate.
